Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview

This website is operated by Adina Somesan, an independent artist based in Romania. Throughout the site, the terms “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Adina Somesan. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the site.

2. Products

All artworks, prints, and related products are described as accurately as possible. Because each piece is handmade and unique, slight variations in color, tone, or texture may occur between the images shown online and the actual artwork.

I reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any item or collection at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and processed securely through Stripe. When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

If payment is declined or information is incomplete, I reserve the right to cancel your order.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Romania within the processing time stated on each product page. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (if available).

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied by their country’s regulations. Full details can be found in my Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Original artworks may be returned within this period if they are in perfect, unused condition, and packaged securely in their original materials.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. A refund will be issued once the artwork is safely received and inspected.

The following items are non-refundable: Made-to-order prints. For full details, please refer to my Refund & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Adina Somesan and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content or artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Liability

I am not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by postal or courier services, customs, or events beyond my control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim liability for any indirect or consequential losses.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which explains how I collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
