I take care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and promptly. This policy outlines how shipping works for items purchased through this website.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving payment.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Standard shipping is via DPD / DHL / FedEx / UPS.

  • A tracking number will be provided when available.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (within Romania): 3–5 business days.

  • EU destinations: 5–14 business days.

  • International (outside EU): 10–21 business days.

  • These are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services, customs, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied by their country.

5. Packaging & Care

  • Original artworks are carefully packaged with protective materials and the shipping is insured.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If an item is lost in transit, I am not responsible unless the shipment was insured through my chosen carrier.

  • If an item arrives damaged, contact me within 2 days of delivery at hello@avidoma.com with photos documenting the damage. I will provide instructions for a replacement or refund. Keep all original packaging. Do not discard the box or interior protective materials, as the shipping carrier may require inspection for the insurance claim.
